So this is where I try to sell you me: I was raised by a single mother, and my father is a baptist minister. I also had a very hard childhood, got into a lot of trouble, and did some bad things. I started to believe I was a failure and my actions directly reflected this belief. After working in the pharmecuetical industry for ten years, and printing for seven, I finally found something like faith in my abilities and took off for college. I began as a business school student but heard a poetry reading and realized that people can make a living by writing.
